The Sitter is a 2011 comedy film directed by David Gordon Green and produced by Michael De Luca. The Sitter film tells the story about a male student who, after being suspended from college, is lured into a babysitting gig for which he is woefully unprepared. The Sitter film is a Michael De Luca Productions and 20th Century Fox joint venture, distributed by 20th Century Fox. The Sitter film was originally scheduled to be released in theaters on August 5, 2011, but was pushed back to December 9, 2011.

Noah, is not your typical entertain-the-kids-no-matter-how-boring-it-is kind of sitter. He's reluctant to take a sitting gig; he'd rather, well, be doing anything else, especially if it involves slacking. When Noah is watching the neighbor's kid he gets a booty call from his girlfriend in the city. To hook up with her, Noah takes to the streets, but his urban adventure spins out of control as he finds himself on the run from a maniacal drug lord.

After having a disagreement with his mother, he's lured into taking a babysitting job caring for the unruly kids of Mrs. Pedulla: her neurotic son Slater (Max Records), party-loving wild child Blithe (Landry Bender) and the pyromaniac adopted son Rodrigo (Kevin Hernandez). Soon Noah is invited to a party to have sexual intercourse with his supposed girlfriend Marisa (Ari Graynor), who up to that point had used him only for oral sex. She agrees to have sex with him only if he brings her drugs to the party.

Mumble the penguin has a problem: his son Erik, who is reluctant to dance, encounters The Mighty Sven, a penguin who can fly! Things get worse for Mumble when the world is shaken by powerful forces, causing him to brings together the penguin nations and their allies to set things right in Happy Feet 2. 

 

Happy Feet 2 (2011) <Plot>: 

Erik, son of the penguins Mumble and Gloria, is reluctant to try dancing as most of the penguins in Emperor-Land do. His first attempt at dancing is subjected to ridicule. Erik and his two best friends, Bodicea and Atticus, follow Ramon to Adélie-Land and find that Adélie-Land has been ruled by a God-like penguin named Sven. Sven is the last of his kind who survived death by his ability to fly. Erik instantly becomes enamored with Sven, who takes a liking to him. Sven and Lovelace the rockhopper penguin tell the others that they were saved by humans. The two eventually flee and end up on Antarctica, where Sven performs his first miracle by revealing moss to the local penguins. Sven uses his power of "Sven Think" to help Ramon find a mate. Ramon instantly falls in love with Carmen, another Adélie penguin who is uninterested. Mumble follows the chicks' footprints to Adélie-Land and orders them to return to Emperor-Land, but they refuse.
