John Bennett (Mark Wahlberg) is a perfectly normal Boston native whose childhood wish for his teddy bear to come to life comes true. The bear, Ted (voiced by Seth MacFarlane), remains his best friend from the age of 8 into his adulthood. Twenty-seven years later, conflict emerges when Ted's irresponsible and vulgar slacker lifestyle comes in the way of John's attempt to embrace adulthood and his love-interest Lori (Mila Kunis). While not an exact reproduction of the toy, the film's timeline coincides with the introduction of Teddy Ruxpin, the talking teddy bear.

MacFarlane's directorial debut is a live-action effort, with computer animation handled by visual effects facility Tippett Studio. MacFarlane wrote the screenplay with his Family Guy colleagues Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild.The opening crawl for the Family Guy episode "It's a Trap!", released on DVD on December 21, 2010, alludes to Ted in the sentence: "But Fox suddenly had dollar signs in their eyes, and they said, 'Seth, if you don't do Jedi, we're not gonna let you leave to go direct your movie.'" MacFarlane announced the movie in the February 10, 2011, episode of Conan.

Filming began in May 2011 in Boston and Swampscott, Massachusetts.

The Ted (2012) film was set for a July 13, 2012, release in North America, but was pushed up to June 29 after the delay of G.I. Joe: Retaliation. The Ted (2012) film is due to be released in the United Kingdom on August 1, 2012 and in Australia on July 5, 2012.

Due to her training away from civilization, she has never come into contact with modern technology or culture, and is personally unfamiliar with music or electricity. She has memorized a series of fake back-stories for herself to be used "when the time comes".

A 'different' movie. Bad storyline coupled with great direction / camera / sound. Technically brilliant. The net result is quite enjoyable. One does have to suspend disbelief to take in the gaps in logic, but once you do that, it's a good ride.

The entire movie is in effect a large chase, and the direction has brought about this element superbly. The camera work and sound kept me glued.

There seems to be quite a few reviews that talk of all the gaps in logic and reasoning in the movie. They are all true, but I found the high levels of technical brilliance more than made up for it.

In the end, not a 'great' movie, but one that I nevertheless quite enjoyed.

As everyone knows, this is the last film in the Harry Potter franchise, started 10 years ago with Mr. Chris Columbus at the helm. Many people credit the third film of the series, Prisoner of Azkaban, as the moment the franchise went from made for children to a more mainstream, mature audience. I have to give major credit to Mr. Columbus though as without him, the visions, actors, and feel of what we know within the films would not have been created.

 If you're a big time fan of the books, you have probably hyped yourself up to a fevered expectation rendering you incapable of any objectivity. This The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 1 (2011) free download film, of it's own merit, would have never made it to the theaters. In a word, it is very "boring"... unless your hyped, it bites! (pun intended). Many of the scenes were obvious fillers with terrible dialogue. The acting was so-so from most of the lead performers, with the sole exception being Billy Burke (Charlie), who appears to be a very good actor. About half way through the film The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 1 (2011) free download I kept looking at my watch hoping the 117 minutes would be over soon.
